MIDI implementation (24/08/24)
was just dicking around in vcv today and ended up implementing full ass MIDI in my patch for some reason
had two raw plaits oscillators hooked up with the second on being hooked up to the joystick with pitch on y and morph(?) on x.
it's reallllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyy bad. go listen to it.
got a new whimsical thing going on, now there's enough songs on the list for shuffling!
i am aware it might sound the same as the previous one, but i'm not trying my best as i can, i don't have time, and also school exists

currently i don't use any DAWs or even instruments. i use VCV Rack 2.
vcv is a free tool that simulates a eurorack environment, that means i essentially have to build each sound from scratch. however, the selection of modules is almost overwhelming.
ranging from basic beginner generic modules to dip your metaphorical feet in, to super duper (looper) crazy boutique modules made by some of the most seasoned hobbyists in the community.
this might legit be the hardest way to make and/or learn to make music, so on the sidebar i've linked tutorials on how to use it.
